Hemauer Enterprises was founded by husband-and-wife team Brooks and Shannon Hemauer.
Brooks has spent years building and operating successful businesses, where he learned firsthand the importance of responsive service, strong vendor relationships, and delivering on commitments.
Shannon spent almost two decades as a technical writer and quality assurance professional, building complex documentation systems, improving processes, solving problems, and ensuring every detail was accurate before it reached a customer.
As we created Hemauer Enterprises, we realized something important: Organizations don’t need another company to take an order. Businesses need a procurement partner who anticipates problems, communicates clearly, follows through, and makes purchasing easier from beginning to end.

Leadership Team
Shannon is an active-duty United States Air Force veteran with a background in technical writing, quality assurance, and business ownership.
Overseeing operations, customer communication, proposals, and internal coordination for Hemauer Enterprises, her experience designing complex documentation, improving processes, and anticipating problems helps ensure purchasing is organized, accurate, and easy for every customer.
She believes great procurement isn’t just about delivering products—it’s about providing dependable communication, proactive follow-through, and a customer experience people can rely on.
Brooks leads procurement, supplier relationships, sourcing, and vendor coordination for Hemauer Enterprises.
After years of building and operating a successful business, he understands that dependable service is built on strong relationships, responsiveness, and doing what you say you’ll do. Brooks works directly with manufacturers and distributors to source products, coordinate fulfillment, resolve issues quickly, and keep projects moving.
His goal is simple: make purchasing easier so customers can focus on running their organizations.
